Refund Policy
Version 1.0.0 · Effective 2026-07-07
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with SIGNFILE for any reason, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of the charge date. The guarantee applies once per customer, on your first subscription payment only. We honor this guarantee across all regions regardless of local consumer-protection law.
EU consumer right of withdrawal
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may withdraw from a subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us using the details below — we will refund the payment using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Note on digital services: by starting to use SIGNFILE during the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request that we begin delivery of the service before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw after the service has been fully delivered, you remain entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the period.
Renewals
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains active until then.
How to request a refund
- Email support@signfile.io from the address on your SIGNFILE account, with the subject line "Refund request".
- Include the workspace ID and the date of the charge you'd like refunded. (Both are visible on the Billing settings page.)
- We confirm receipt within one business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Disputes
If you are unhappy with our refund decision, you may escalate by replying to the refund confirmation email. EU consumers also have the right to refer the dispute to the European Commission's online platform for consumer dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but will consider any request in good faith.
